Regional Connector Contractors, a Skanska/Traylor JV, just completed the excavation (SEM) and construction of a 58-ft. wide, 36-ft. tall, cavern in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. This case history presentation will discuss the constraints, challenges and technologies used for the successful completion of the works.
